Kalpkriti Private Limited built the Tweencraft app as a freemium, ad-supported commercial application. This Service is provided by Kalpkriti Private Limited and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for anyone using our application.

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, the profile picture provided by that service may be downloaded and stored on our servers to display as your Tweencraft avatar. If you sign in with Apple, no profile picture is received from Apple. You can also upload or change your profile picture from within the app.

By downloading, installing, or using the Tweencraft application ("the App"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("the user") and Kalpkriti Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future updates.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement to use this App. Users below such age may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You may sign in to the App using Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, Sign in with Apple or another supported method. You are responsible for:
The App allows you to create animations, audio, video, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By creating or sharing User Content within the App, you grant Kalpkriti Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it solely as needed to operate and promote the Service.

The App is freemium and ad-supported. Some features may require in-app purchases. All purchases are processed via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms. Advertisements may be served by third-party networks such as Appodeal.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding User Content) — including all software, branding, designs, and trademarks — are owned by Kalpkriti Private Limited and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your data as described in Section 3.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalpkriti Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Kalpkriti Private Limited respects your right to privacy and gives you control over your data. If you wish to delete your Tweencraft account and the personal data associated with it, you can do so using any of the methods below.
Once confirmed, your account and the personal data associated with it are removed from our active databases immediately. Any residual copies in object storage and backups are cleared during normal storage and backup rotation.

Please include: the registered email address or username on your account and the platform you used (Android, iOS or Web)
Please send your request from the email address registered with your account so we can verify it. We will action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by reply once your account has been deleted.
You can also remove Tweencraft's access to your Google, Facebook or Apple account at any time:
Revoking a third-party permission only severs that provider's link to Tweencraft. It does not by itself delete data already stored with us. To fully delete your account please use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed from our active databases:
For Apple sign-in users, we additionally call Apple's token-revocation endpoint so that Tweencraft is removed from your "Sign in with Apple" list at Apple's end.
Certain limited data may be retained for the periods described below, either because we are required to keep it for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or tax-compliance reasons, or because removing it from secondary systems takes time. This data is not used for active product features after deletion.

Note: completed purchases that you made through Google Play, the Apple App Store or another payment processor are held by those providers under their own retention policies and are outside our control.
